You know you all should be proud to still be picking on people here. You would transfer the way the company has treated you to those who just may well be suggesting some answers as to why the company has performed so miserably.

You have no financials here. You have a deal that has yet to be completed with this reverse merger. You have no definition as to the number of authorized and issued and about to be issued shares of this new entity that is soon to be the stock that you hold. Yet you content yourself to defend the management for their miserable performance at their Interactive Event. You console yourself that what matter if the number of shares has doubled, there must be enough here that the shares are surely worth more than they are trading for.

Yet instead, you would jokingly wallow in the waters of violent intimidation with regard to seeking me out and silencing the questions that you cannot drown out, questions that you don't want to think about because the answers are potentially devastating. You seek to belittle ColleenB who has expressed herself very responsibly in my opinion with respect to questions that she has and the role that you and others play in promoting a false sense of well being for this company.

My with such experience in the market that you and others seem to think you have, you sure are stuck riding the back of a flea bitten dog as regards to the stock price performance here. And you would make it the fault of others, to cover your own bad decisions. At least ColleenB has admitted her mistakes. So why don't you direct you energies to finding out the truth and maybe put the blame exactly where it belongs all along at the feet of John Schmitz, Merv Rosenfeld and Gus Leodas. They were the ones there at the birth of this enterprise. Maybe they should be the ones that should feel the warmth of your concerns.
