What mathematical blunder is that? By the way, Yahoo is not a reliable forum at all. Some of the things that Yvonne said are untrue. I called Dave Williams a long time ago. Last summer, and he stated at that time that a merger was in the works, and would take place once the Panam/ PRWT merger was completed. He said they were waiting for the approval of the SEC , etc. You do know that lots of mergers are announced each year, that do not end up going through. Go look at the ODS/natd/mioa threads. Those three companies have been trying to merge since august 1996. One roadblock after another keeps happening. and no. MIOA is not OTC is is small cap Nasdaq. Said it before, I'll say it again. Beginner investors should never invest in the OTC or small cap.
