TD, help me understand why the Arbs would be pushing down. In a classic arb play, you short the buyer and buy the seller. But as you pointed out earlier, shorting Mattel is very dangerous here because of the weird exchange structure. What's in it for the Arbs to short more? I'm having a hard time picturing this. Can you paint the scenario for me?
