Seems that the trainer is a paid consultant and not an employee of PanAmerican/IT. They will have to pay a consulting fee in addition to travel/lodging expenses. He appears to be an employee, I could be wrong, I'll find out today for sure, but please stop assuming things and then going off about it till you know for sure!!! And why would you assume this anyway, you weren't there, you don't have a clue!!! You're just looking at a monitor.
