Excellent analysis and I'm in full agreement. I've been making this arguement to people over the last year about how daytraders and internet traders are affecting the averages on the margin while the money flows continue to deteriorate. It will take a huge change in psychology, either via a crash or slow painstaking losses to change it. The crash isn't here yet, but the losses have been mounting as daily volatility increases. The fact that a number of major news magazines and papers have recently had full blown articles on internet trading spells trouble is directly ahead.
