I am long on PSFT now and have no direct relation with this company. as you could see from my previous posts. I used to be a defender of PSFT at this price, esp., on law suit problem. but Duffield's heavy selling really hurts my confidence now and makes me doubt the honesty of the management team, considering that PSFT's CFO was eagerly to implicitly persuade investers to buy PSFT by emphasizing its cheap price comparing with SAP in the last two Tech conferences.
