I suppose because he has to. Being the CEO of a publicly traded company he has to expect questions from investors and be ready to respond to them with accurate information. It comes with the territory. If he is incapable of answering questions posed by investors, then he shouldn't be the CEO of a publicly traded company. It's really quite simple, isn't it?
