Here is the response that I just got from the company regarding MR3 patents.
According to David Webbe, in the office there are 18 existing patents on the technology. What follows is the list he emailed me. They are all shared by Dr. DeVoe. Of course the patents and technology were all bought by BPON.
Again, since I'm not a techi, I can't interpret this other than to say, what ever they did is patented. Do you have an impression of what it means for the company? I'd appreciate anyone's feedback who may be lurking.
