Sorry this response took so long but I'm sporadic about visiting the PRWT boards. I almost waited to respond because of the expected run up for PABN but decided to endure being hated and bashed because I don't know when I'll check in again.

Keith Arnold, Governor of the Central Bank of Belize & Ralph Fonseca Investment Minister told us that they reported Affordable Housing Group who claimed on press releases to have a mortgage banking license in Belize to ALL International Criminal Agencies including Interpol and said investigations were still underway.

We were told the International Chamber of Commerce was investigating John regarding international bank instruments, ie documentary letters of credits, debentures. This is new information that we learned while in Belize. It's very complicated and new to me but maybe in the future if you all behave and stop bashing me and start carrying civilized conversation, I'll try to explain it. Also, some investors are considering or may already have by now filed a complaint for ICC arbitration because they thought that Pan American Bancorp owned Ridge Lagoon Estates, the real property and were hoping to place a lien on the property but it won't work. This is another discrepancy, we all were led to believe that PA owned real property and was the actual project developer which would make a difference.

John & Gus approached a group of us to invest in their International Real Estate Development & Finance Company either directly in the company that was trading OTC (I didn't know what BB was, LOL) or to purchase public shares or both. They boasted about their exclusive mortgage banking license in the country of Belize and would control the mortgage banking and single family home development monopoly for the country. We thought it had great possibilities and one of our group who owns a private island in Belize said that if John really had the iron-clad exclusive contract monopoly then it should be a gold mine citing Michael Ashcroft who went to Belize 12 years ago, controlled the utilities monopolies with only 10M and now is reportedly a billionaire. His company is also a penny stock. We couldn't find any background on John but a few days later the press release was issued validating what John said so we bought. I've been a fool for lessor things. I know risk very well and I lose money all the time, LOL, but as long as my wins exceed my losses, I'm ok (although I could have bought my own private Caye with my own private barrier reef in Belize or the entire Ridge Lagoon Estates + the RE down there is really cheap). But other shareholders are not as easy going as me. I don't like to be defrauded and I don't like to see other people being defrauded. It should be fair game.
