the start of a down cycle was likely in the 11 to 11:30 area, if it fails to appear which seems to be the case, then a long should be considered. If this period just looks like a bump, or road kill,(consolidation) it should then be interpreted as strength in the market. Wilder says that this is the type of trade that should be taken. i guess i would give it a little leeway, but another burst higher seems quite possible right now.
