I know there hasn't been one but are they thinking about it. And anyway if you don't mind how does that r/s thing work anyway. Say a man had 10,000 shares of co. x at 1.00 and a 5 to 1 reverse happened where would that investor be? Hate to sound stupid but I am rather new at this. Thanks The company CEO has repeated many times that there are currently no plans for a reverse-split. As for your hypothetical...if you had 10k shares at 1 per share and a 5-1 reverse occurred, then that person would have 2k shares at 5 per share (post-split). (10,000/5 = 2,000) (1.00 * 5 = 5.00)
