Hotels:

Have only made some tentative inquiries (last year, after meeting) and have not contacted them yet this year as I wished to get some idea of attendance before I go to negotiate with them.

If the group will be considerably larger than last year, I am considering using two hotels in proximity. One would be comfortable, but more basic, such as the Drury, and the other with more amenities such as an Embassy Suites.
