IS,

I trade in the direction of 15' or 30' charts, enter on 1 to 3'
bars.. Had to do that starting last Fall because volatility was stopping me out..

I am also a big proponent of volume because when a few big stocks
drive the whole index, theoretically all UP volume could into one stock and we would have a positve close.. or vice versa..
