Could the reason for the low trading range be the following: 1. MM's have to cover all there shorts before letting it go up or get screwed, how else than to get people disgusted with no price movement, to get them to sell. 2. Does anyone know how long the MM's have to get PRWT shares straight before conversion? On another stock I was on, I think it was mentioned, 30 days to get the illegal shorts covered. Is this true? Or is it end of month? TIA
