I did admit that you were correct on one minor point of procedure. That point was completely irrelevant to the case. You seem to want that to be all there is to the story. As I recall, your position is that because it was a qui tam, that is proof positive that this person who has nothing to do with this stock was guilty of something and somehow that should reflect on this stock. Then you tried to educate us all on the meaning of intervention. Completely wrongly, I might add.

No Mr. FRAUD. It was YOU who changed the names on a court case to try to prove your point. I caught you and YOU HAVE NEVER APOLOGIZED for your deception. I really did not want to rehash this again, but please refer to the private post in which I warned you that everytime you try to avoid responsibility for your misdeed I am going to shove it down your throat. Since I promised, here it is. And, since you felt compelled to post that private message for all to see, others would think less of me if I did not feed your own misdeeds back to you as I promised. Your accusation claiming << such complete detail>>>> is just another example of your fraudulent misleading posts.

If you finally have facts concerning this stock, lets hear them, but please, no more of your fraudulent misrepresentations. You were caught once and you will be caught again each time you attempt to defraud us.
