Hmmmmm
Greenspan has depended on international weakness to keep bonds lower.
For them to rise much from here the supply/demand patterns will have
to change. Unless he raises rates there should be fairly small moves
within the band they are trading today right through onto the fall.
To get Interest rates to Fall could only come from increased demand.
With the ECU selling bonds that's not likely.
Choppy as you say.

Bonds are on my list to work with....eventualy and Oil also.
