As I recall, your position is that because it was a qui tam, that is proof positive that this person who has nothing to do with this stock was guilty of something and somehow that should reflect on this stock. This is not exactly the way I recall the exchanges. I believe jhild never claimed Carl Kruse was guilty of anything. Rather said that he was charged with a crime and or was being investigated. And I believe the charges had to do with inflated claims for housing projects, which is a concern because of the mess the company got themselves into claiming they had government backed mortgages in Belize when indeed they did not. arentfox.com that this person who has nothing to do with this stock Oh, paleeeze, how can you write this when this very person bragged on the RagingBull that he was helping secure deals in Costa Rica, John's next stomping ground. (run a search on TidalSecur) These exchanges between the two of you also questioned whether or not this person and his supposed less than stellar background, reflected badly on PRWT/PABN. This was raised because he appears to have a 'relationship' with John Schmitz and the company. This was questioned as being relevant because it was reported that Carl has had correspondence, via telephone calls with various investors regarding company information. To which you cannot deny. It was YOU who changed the names on a court case to try to prove your point. This claim of yours I have heard you bluster several times but have yet to see you provide the link to show where jhild ever changed the names on a document. Please show this as I would be surprised to see that jhild would have stooped to such a tactic.
