[ The Boss ] When they arrived at the construction work site the Boss said " Ok you 3 guy down in the hole and start digging. And the rest of you go over and clear that brush out." Then the boss sat down in a chair and started talking on his cellular phone. The guys in the hole started complaining and moaning. So finally one said "Hey Joe go up there and ask him why we are here digging in this hole while he's sitting on his rear in a chair." So Joe climbs up out of the hole and asks the Boss "Why are you just sitting there on the phone while we are down in that hole digging ?" So the Boss walks over to a tree and puts his hand on it and says "Joe take your shovel and hit my hand as hard as you can" Joe swings the shovel and the Boss moves his hand. Joe's hands are stinging BAD so he says "OK you're the Boss if you want me to dig that's what I'll do" So he goes back to the hole. When he got back down in the hole Steve his buddy asked "Joe what did the Boss say?" Joe looks around for a tree and can't find one. So he puts his hand in front of his face and says....... "Take your shovel and Hit My Hand"
