Do you know of a data stream that matches the S&P 500?

The Spiders, traded on Amex (SPY), are a good proxy for the S&p futures contract. They are arb'ed against the futures, so they'll never stray too far away, and they have volume.

The newly listed QQQ's (NDX 100) Spiders look interesting as well. A lot of times, the techs lead the S&P up and down. The Q's are brand new, but already showing decent trading volume.
