Patrick, The FAB was over-subscribed and I don't have the exact fomular, (my understanding) people with aprox $200 got 20% of shares asked for and people with $500 in any account got 70% of shares asked for and $1000 in deposits received all shares that were asked for. The bottom line is when a bank is oversubsrcibed ( and most are) poeple with only $10 or $20 aren't going to get many of the shares that were asked for. Ken
