Well, I have been researching these names. I found nothing in Martindale-Hubbell on Leo F. Doyle or Doyle, Whelan & Doyle or any combination thereof. My experience is that prestigious firms keep current listings in Martindale Hubbell. Willard T. Bullock is not necessarily a lawyer as written in the release, only that he worked previously at Corestates for some number of years. I do come up with a Leo F. Doyle and Leo F Doyle, Jr of Haverstown, PA, but no indication that either is an Esq. FirsStates seems to be a new entity. If anyone has a specific address and phone number, I would appreciate a link. As near as I can tell here, PABN has entered into a joint development agreement with a new entity to file to create another new entity, terms of which are yet to be disclosed. Hey with no financials anywhere on this transaction or these companies or entities, who is to know what any of this means.
