So Barbara, you seem strangely silent on ColleenB's post from this morning about insiders shorting restricted shares. It seems to me to be an interesting explanation for all of these failed rallies that PABN/PRWT has been experiencing. #reply-8321204 PR's come out. Volume goes up. Price stays the same. No financials filed only serves to make things worse, as it blinds new investors to what is going on. Until it is too late and the money is already gone, and those responsible have headed for parts unknown.
