Not at all. But that is a lot more binding than announcing they are in discussions, for goodness sakes. And look at the big hoopity do there was over that when PABN/PRWT announced it. Don't tell me you think that is a positive sign that the PABN/PRWT negotiations are going well, that LPTI has a letter of intent with another company for this?
