Moshe is beating his chest... When and if he actually files then it will mean something. And even if he files, that ain't winning. You can sue anybody for anything. Folks have not responded to positive company rumors and this is no more than a rumor until Moshe files his suit. Talk is cheap. Call Moshe if you like, I will give what he says absolutely no weight.
