Silver Blaze, you go right ahead and dig up those bones. You seem to still be missing a key element here. You see the CUSIP# and name change as proof of something that it is not necessarily so. Nothing is required to change the name of the company or the cusip#. The fact that your shares swapped one for one means only that old cusip# shares were replaced by new cusip# shares. That's it. That's all it is. Nothing more. That's all it proves. That they applied for a new number and changed the name.

Now it may be that they have completed the reverse merger or maybe they have not. That question is still open you should understand. That dog hasn't barked. There is still no official confirmation from the company on this score.

Let me fill in a little more for you Wireless Wonk's reference here. I trust it is not too subtle. It is right here in Silver Blaze. :

Colonel Ross still wore an expression which showed the poor opinion which he had formed of my companion's ability, but I saw by the inspector's face that his attention had been keenly aroused.

"You consider that to be important?" he asked.

"Exceedingly so."

"Is there any point to which you would wish to draw my attention?"

"To the curious incident of the dog in the night-time."

"The dog did nothing in the night-time."

"That was the curious incident," remarked Sherlock Holmes. -
