Now if I told you that I have the blue prints to a shopping mall and that we are going to build it across the street on that big empty lot and be finished with it in 3 mos. what would you say. That is what we have here, some would say, just can't see it until it's done at which time I will pay more to rent space, and others would say thanks for letting me see the blue prints and I'll sign up now for the discount in price. My point is that not all people are gifted at reading blue prints but yall come back now when we have the grand opening. Protius
