I say we get rid of SS altogether. Continue payments to those already recieving or eligible for benefits, payed by FICA taxes. To those who have payed in but are outside the eligibility curve, and for those who continue to pay in for beneficiaries, issue government bonds in the amount of their payments. Third generation doesnt pay squat. Kill it.
