What in the hell could the guy put out over a FAX machine to cause movement? Well, remember how much you could do, through just email and this board: creating great expectations that never came about in the minds of a number of people, which led them to lose their money (millions), because they chose to believe instead of looking at the face of things. This Liviakis fellow can even point to a few of his own success stories and he knows people with a lot more money than you do. So dont underestimate that fax machine. To those who havent been here that long, have to say that I dont believe Marshall did it because he wanted to ruin anybody, quite the opposite; he just got carried away and gained "status" in his mind. One of the first things he told me was "Both the CEO and CFO are engineers, they know what they are doing". Only late did I see how bad that was. They were not business people.
