Here's a list of the companies that have been involved with Liviakis since 1997, according to SEC filings by the companies or by Liviakis himself: quote.yahoo.com I compiled this list by doing a search on Edgar-Online for the name 'Liviakis'. This turned up about 100 filings. I listed all the companies I found and put them into the link above. Some of those listed date back to 1997, while others like RACE and WEBB are very recent. Click the link, and you will see right away the character of the stocks he has been involved with, and the fate that they generally meet. It's not a pretty sight.
