IMHO you can keep Belize, never cared much for it never will. Belize was not the reason I invested in this company. IT, Vera Phone and internet service was, said it to you before.
Well Raffie, as you have related before, you are a long time holder of these shares, long before the Reverse Merger it seems. It is of course fascinating to me to hear that you bought those shares lo those many years ago in anticipation of their Internet business and their on-line trading arm. Even humoursly so with respect to that videophone nonsense that they are claiming they are deploying.
And you say that Belize is not a meaningful part of their business or potential. Well, you see you and I agree on something after all. And I bet you thought it wouldn't happen either. Well neither did I. But I am finally glad that you are getting around to sharing that conclusion with me.
Now, if you can only come to the next step in the course of reasoning that stems from their miserable experience in Belize, you might well be on the road to a full self help recovery program.
The real underlying issue with the whole Belize thing is that they have badly misrepresented the situation there. Let's call it lack of CREDIBILITY. They have claimed an incredible number of applications, a preposterous number of expected homes built (1800 in the initial phase, 6000 overall for a country of only 220K people?) All supported by a Belize Government Guaranteed loan program? Get real.
Given what they have done there and how they have wiggled to continue their apparent charade, I ask you what confidence you have in all of their other statements? Especially with their continued refusals and excuses for not filing financials. Trust me you say? Trust me. This from the company that has, by some reports become a joke in the country of Belize itself? |
