Tom, it is amazing how AIM works while one is away. See VSLI after hours. VLSI Technology Inc. (Nasdaq:VLSI - news) stock was boosted after it said it rejected a hostile takeover bid from Philips Electronics NV. The stock traded at 19-1/2, up from the closing price of 18-15/16. Now your better half has always cut the grass, right! <ggg> Keith
