>>Well Raffie, as you have related before, you are a long time holder of these shares, long before the Reverse Merger it seems. It is of course fascinating to me to hear that you bought those shares lo those many years ago in anticipation of their Internet business and their on-line trading arm. Even humoursly so with respect to that videophone nonsense that they are claiming they are deploying.<<

Hey Dick, there you go twisting the facts again… First of all, not that I need to explain anything to you, of how I invest but here goes! My original investment in PRWT "The water purification company" That I purchased years ago, that I turned over for a very good profit. When the "Water Purification Company" was going under, I purchased 100k at .002 price, just for the Fluck of it! My gamble, all of a huge $200.00 dollars. What it a foolish move on my part? Considering the fact of what I had originally paid for the stock and then sold for .63 cents, I did not think so at the time! A year and a half ago I start seeing buying in the stock, no reason, accumulation with no news, nothing. Now let me know Dick if you think I made the right investment move. I start accumulating PRWT at .002 to .009. Then when I saw the trickle of news on the Vera Phone, I purchased. When news came out that Pan Am was going to take over PRWT (A symbol belonging to "A WATER PURIFICATION COMPANY") and fund the Vera Phone, well I banged it hard! Hey my gamble. Now that I have cleared that up for you lets move on…

>>And you say that Belize is not a meaningful part of their business or potential. Well, you see you and I agree on something after all. And I bet you thought it wouldn't happen either. Well neither did I. But I am finally glad that you are getting around to sharing that conclusion with me.<<

Wrong DICK, I did not say that, you did. I said the reason I invested in Pan AM was not for Belize but for the Internet and IT division, I did not say it would not happen! I said it plays a small part in the total plan of this company. That is like saying your local bank will shut down because it was not able to fund the condos going up across the street! GET REAL!!! Since Belize has not yet been completed, you will dance this issue, dance away!

>>Given what they have done there and how they have wiggled to continue their apparent charade, I ask you what confidence you have in all of their other statements? Especially with their continued refusals and excuses for not filing financials. Trust me you say? Trust me. This from the company that has, by some reports become a joke in the country of Belize itself?<<

OK jhild lets compare apples to apples!!!!!!!
