Post from RB: By: BigMoveKing Reply To #11292 by nofreewill Friday, 19 Mar 1999 at 12:46 PM EST Post # 11294 of 11296 Attention: From some private e-mails, it looks like the OTC Compliance Unit as per the strict new OTC:Nasdaq regulations has verified that the continued PABN (ask side) executions over the last several weeks and the stock price acting contrary to OTC:Nasdaq rules are in direct Market Maker violation. Apparently, unless the stock price immediately responds according to trading activity, the market makers could be prosecuted severerly. Of course, we all know this was happening, so hopefully we will see this thing reach 3 cents today!!! ==================== Observer
