Let me put it this way, I bought HWP after the close at 51 1/4. No other discount broker could do that for you at any price, they just don't have the access to Instinet. Commissions may be more, but trading in the spread, and even sometimes outside of it more than makes up for any "savings". Plus, you can always get through.
