Currently, I have accounts with NBD and JBOH and I am ready to throw in the towel. In the past I accepted their spreads on the bid/ask, and in order to mitigate the problem I would use limit orders. In the past month I had made the decision to shrink the holding period a portion of my portfolios and have found that I would be taken either on the purchase or sale of an execution. I have a few questions. 1) How is their customer service? 2) Do you have access to instan-net trading? 3)Is their any exception to the IRA fee with accounts that are high in assets? Your feedback is highly appreciated.
