Greenspan is worried about the derivatives exposure of less then knowledgeable traders in Insurance companies and Banks... Rightly soooooo.....they both have tremendous exposure and unlimited risk if markets turn rapidly away from their positions. He does not want regulation of derivatives trading..... He wanys accountability and regulators to change the way they assess risk. Chip
