Chip,

SPX high of July 21 gives a 9 month high in April around 21, and that is around where Robert Miner gives his high as the last possible time frame. (DJIA peaks a little earlier)

Now I don't know the exact calculations of the 9 month high, so was asking. Mine are based on the month number.
