Here is the reason the price continues to drop.

99% of the brokerages still have not converted the PRWT shares to PABN.

or is it:

Authorized is now 1.1 billion. (might explain some of the panic sells)

Or is it that you are desperate to come up with an explanation about why this one is dropping down the toilet, other than a possibly obvious one that the management is more concerned about their own personal enrichment than with building the common shareholder value through actually building revenue and profits. Thoughts?
