So, where again does it say that I said he was charged with Fraud? I never have said that. Do at least provide the complete context of my remark: A quick search of the net turns up this reference to a Carl Kruse mentioned here in a lawsuit taken over by HUD in a qui tam action back in 1995 in the Virgin Islands. Looks like falsifying documents to defraud HUD. What some people won't do to make a buck. I cite now the US Department of Justice: . . . and Carl Kruse fabricated documents and information they knew were false and submitted the documents to the housing authority to support fraudulent and inflated claims generated from their construction and rehabilitation work at the Donoe and Bovini public housing projects in St. Thomas. usdoj.gov
