The wild card is Yeltsin. NATO has never been this unified since the breakup of the USSR. The Serbs haven't imagined what that could be like.

Rule #1: Do not piss off a front of Americans, Brits, Italians, Frenchmen, Germans and the rest of the free world. Not when your best possible ally, Russia, is begging for a handout from those very people.

As for DoubleClick, I think it is en route to a post-split 125 by year's end, regardless of our foreign affairs. That is, unless Kosovo lingers for that long.
