here's some more DD for you to sniff at...
Currently the Company has 540,000,000 million shares issued and
outstanding. Approximately 70% of these shares are restricted leaving 162,000,000 shares in the float. #reply-4840754
My, but the Issued number of shares sure has changed with time; 280 MILLION to be exact, and in an 8 month time frame (using the 820 Million number mentioned by John during the shareholders meeting February 24th). [With more possibly on the way, according to John's letter dated yesterday. #reply-8500501] And at the time of this DD I also note that the company told my brother that 70% of the shares were restricted, and we KNOW some have come off of restriction, 50Million was reported to have done this just two days ago. (#reply-8471984) I wonder how many more shares are coming off restriction and going to be dumped into the pot? According to the numbers reported in June, there could be as many as 378 Million getting ready to come off of restriction.
And boy howdy, check out what the float was reported to have been in June, 162 Million, and today it's reported to be at least 265 Million, with more being added (#reply-8479476, please note the mention of the "other" day, along with additional shares coming off of restriction). Well, bust my chops, if the float hasn't grown at least 100 MILLION shares in 9 months. And we all wonder why the price is so depressed and some want to blame the MM's for naked shorting... boy that's a good one. |
