I'm not sure I understand your question. Before I bought into PRWT did I know my brother had it featured in his Top Dog newsletter? Sure, I was on his mailing list just like a few thousand others. Did I get in before the stock hit it's 12 cent high? No, I was stuck with another dog that I hadn't unloaded yet. Did my brother believe what the company told him about the mortgages in Belize and other items they claimed, and did he want his sister to be in on a winner with him? Sure
