The company publicly stated, "There are NO plans for a reverse split at this time." So, until we hear otherwise, I believe they will continue using shares for acquisitions that will positively affect the stock price as shares are being pulled into the company and not remaining in the float. We all know that a dwindling float equals stock price increases. I truly think that if the shares in the float are not used for acquisitions, they will eventually be purchased by long-term (and a few "ha ha" short-term) investors like most of us here.
