"What's the story in how this came about?"

Hmmmm....guess you are as confused as I am after your posts this a.m. Actually, most of your answers were questions anyway, but I have taken the liberty to find answers in them by implication or reading "between the lines" so to speak. What follows, not necessarily in order, is the content of some of your posts this a.m and my interpretation of them. If I am wrong, please correct me.

1. ColleenB: Sure, they're using shares as collateral for acquisitions (not one completed to date)...

2. ColleenB: I don't think they allowed themselves to be acquired by a penny stock, now did they?

So are you saying that this acquisition was or was not completed? What are you inferring by this?

3. ColleenB: With only two offices opened up in 9+months, how close do you think they are to this projected $1.5Million/month?

If you are are asking for the results from IT, you seem to be implying that they did complete the acquisition of IT? Right?

4. ColleenB: OH, and how exactly did PABN/PRWT acquire IT?

Are you implying that they did complete this acquisition?. See 1 above. According to you, it was with shares, right?

5. ColleenB: How did PRWT/PABN acquire IT?

So are you saying that they did complete the acquisition of IT and as you say in 1 above, it was with shares?.

6. ColleenB: BTW, how's that beta testing going? Any projections from the company on when IT will be able to offer online trading?

Again, completed by implication?.
