Colleen regardless of how they were acquired, they were acquired and belong lock stock and barrel to PABN. Now to answer the original question they were acquired using "ONLY ALREADY ISSUED" then PWRT shares! If they were stupid enough to short the stock and got caught shall we say with their pants down? Well I guess good business move on John's part. Would you not say?
