Regarding Access Wall St. If PABN has indeed acquired Access Wall St. Then this I see as a very positive move. If they are now wholly owned by PABN? Then this will be an outstanding move and a means for breaking away from any leasing agreements which they have with the current Parent company. Sometimes we should not only look for the bad in things But also the good.
