So, in the past 9-10 months, what can John be credited with having
accomplished?
Not what he has claimed in his PR's. Can you cite me verifiable facts that mergers and acquisitions have taken place? Ones that John has claimed in PR's over the past 9 months? And, as has already been pointed out, John cannot claim IT as, IT was awarded to PRWT/PABN. The list dwindles to..... oops, nothing. The RM hasn't even been completed yet.... hahahahahahaha And this is such a joke as John and friends own majority percentage of BOTH companies; the empty shell of PABN/PRWT (Delaware) and the nothing entity of PABN (Nevada). So, what's the hold up? A hostile take over by himself, is he holding off for a better deal, what? The only reason this merger has not taken place to date is because it hasn't served his purpose.
Post all the PR's that you want, other than the opening of two IT offices, nothing has been accomplished by this company that can be verified. The PR's are riddled with items that have not happened, but the wording indicates otherwise. Wording which suckers investors in. PR's which you proudly post as fact, when you know better. Shame on you! |
