I really hope they can let the deadline past without the takeover.
People talk about the ratio for too long. I think Repap will not accept to change the ratio to 10:1 or even 8:1. Repap and Averon will
have a really hard time to sell this idea to Repap's shareholders.

The strength of Repap is not only its coated paper but also its modern
plant. For the past few years, a lot of companies did not upgrade
their plants and now they expect the industry will pick up and they
are beginning to upgrade their plants but it will cost a lot of money.

If the information from Repap is right, I think Repap have enough
cash flow for this year and it will give time for Repap to improve
its record.

Hopfully I am right. (I already assume the deal won't go ahead)
