And low and behold, it didn't take 4 years for the name to come down off the website. Incredible. Personally I would have left it on the Records for the remaining 4 years until it expired, rather than paying the $75 fee to register with the SOS that Panamerican had Merged with another company. But then... I'm cheap. Gee, what will you whine about now?
