Excite Europe Extends Use of DART and Renews Into the Next Millennium
NEW YORK, March 31 /PRNewswire/ -- Three of the UK's biggest content providers, Sky, a division of Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation, ZDNet Europe, and FutureNet, have chosen DoubleClick's DART ad serving solution (Nasdaq: DCLK - news). DoubleClick DART also confirms that Excite Europe, a client since 1997, has renewed its contract for another year.
DART enables online properties to dynamically target and manage their ad inventory and generate detailed campaign performance reports for advertisers. All the sites in the DoubleClick Network use DART, as well as sites that handle their own ad sales. Worldwide, more than 6,400 sites use the ad management service, including CBS Sportsline, NBC, MTV Europe, theglobe.com, EDGAR Online and The Wall Street Journal Interactive.
